Casper lives in my apartment

if the boiler (water heater) and the hot plate are on at the same time = electricity goes out
if i turn on the left hot plate = electricity goes out
if i turn on my heater on power 2 = electricity goes out
if i turn on the hot water, while the heater is on power 1 = electricity goes out

Wow, only 4 days ago I could afford the luxury of watching TV while blowdrying my hair...with the light on! LOL!
